Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Team Leader to manage and guide a team toward achieving performance goals and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. The Team Leader will serve as the key link between team members and upper management, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and team morale remains high.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations and ensure team members are meeting performance targets.

Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to encourage growth and performance improvement.
