Team Leader

The Team Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of team members to ensure that goals and objectives are met efficiently and effectively. This role involves providing leadership, support, and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience.
• Leadership & Motivation: Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members. Encourage a collaborative and positive team environment, addressing any conflicts or issues that arise.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and assess team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews. Set clear objectives and goals for the team, and monitor progress towards achieving them.
