Team Leader

The Team Leader is responsible for supervising and guiding a team to achieve individual and collective performance targets. The role involves planning, motivating, monitoring team performance, resolving issues, and ensuring efficient workflow to meet organizational goals.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Assign tasks, set goals, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback or coaching for improvement.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment within the team.
• Coordinate with management to plan strategies for improving productivity and sales.
• Handle escalated client or operational issues effectively.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.
• Conduct team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Identify high performers for growth opportunities and support underperformers.
• Requirements:Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: 2–5 years in a supervisory or senior executive role.
