Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of sales executives to achieve business targets for Kotak Group products (such Insurance, Recruitment etc.). The role involves team handling, target achievement, client acquisition, and performance monitoring.

• Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives.
• Drive sales targets and ensure monthly/quarterly goal achievement.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
• Conduct field visits and support team members in closing deals.
• Recruit and train new sales team members when required.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with Kotak bank officials and MR Associate management.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 0–1 years of experience in banking or financial sales.
• Prior experience in team handling is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
