🔍 About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Marketing Executive to support business growth through field marketing, advisor coordination, and customer acquisition activities. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy field work, relationship building, and achieving targets.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities📢 Execute on-ground & field marketing activities to generate leads
• 🤝 Support and coordinate with Insurance Advisors and sales teams
• 📈 Achieve assigned sales and business development targets
• 🧑‍💼 Assist in recruitment and onboarding of advisors (agency channel)
• 📊 Maintain daily activity reports and lead follow-ups
• 📝 Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines
• 📍 Develop strong market presence in Behala & South Kolkata
• ✅ Eligibility & Requirements🎓 Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
• 💼 Experience: 1–4 years in Life Insurance / BFSI / Field Sales / Marketing
• 🗣️ Good communication and convincing skills
• 🚶 Willingness to work in field marketing & sales
• 🎯 Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
• 🏠 Candidates from Behala or nearby South Kolkata areas preferred
