Team Leader

• Job Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate a team of MRs to achieve business targets
• Drive sales of Kotak Group financial products (Life Insurance / Investments / Financial Solutions)
• Recruit, train, and onboard new MRs/relationship executives
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and monitor performance
• Support team members in client meetings, closures, and relationship management
• Ensure adherence to Kotak Group policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines
• Prepare and review MIS reports, sales pipelines, and productivity reports
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain high service standards
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong leadership, team-handling, and people management skills
• Good knowledge of BFSI products and sales processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and reporting tools
• Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• Experience in BFSI / Insurance / Financial Services mandatory
• Relevant certifications (IRDA / AMFI / NISM) preferred
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Proven experience as a Team Leader or Senior MR
• Strong networking and client acquisition ability
