Job Title: Team Leader – Insurance (Preferred)Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader with a background in the Insurance industry to manage and guide a team of executives. The role involves driving team performance, achieving targets, coaching team members, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales / telesales / service executives.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure achievement.
• Monitor calls, performance, and productivity of team members.
• Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to improve results.
• Handle escalated customer queries and support team members.
• Prepare performance reports and MIS for management.
• Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines, company policies, and quality standards.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 2–4 years of experience, with Team Leader experience preferred.
• Prior experience in the Insurance industry is preferred (Life / Health / General).
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Skills Required:Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good communication, coaching, and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of insurance products and processes.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
