Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to manage and lead a team in our automobile division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring team performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving business targets in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

For Sales Department:

• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide guidance and training.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
• Drive showroom walk-ins, lead follow-ups, and customer conversion.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales support.

For Service/Workshop Department:

• Supervise daily operations of the workshop or service floor.
• Manage a team of service advisors and technicians.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of vehicle servicing.
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Maintain service records and ensure proper documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Target-driven with a customer-first attitude.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• In-depth knowledge of automobile products and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor’s degree or 12th Pass.
• Proven experience in a similar role in the automobile sector or any retail sector.
