Team Leader (Non-Voice / Data Entry Process)🏢 Company: OmNetra Business (OPC) Private Limited📍 Location: Kolkata (Work From Office)💼 Role: Team Leader (TL) – Operations🎯 Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly responsible and result-driven Team Leader (TL) to manage a team of agents working on non-voice/data entry processes. The TL will be responsible for ensuring daily targets are achieved, maintaining quality standards, and managing team performance effectively.

🔧 Key Responsibilities📊 Team ManagementHandle and manage a team of data entry / chat agents

  • Assign daily work (PDF/forms) to agents
  • Ensure each agent meets daily targets (quantity + accuracy)
  • Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity


  • 📈 Performance & Target HandlingEnsure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are completed on time
  • Track individual agent performance
  • Push team to achieve maximum output with minimum errors
  • Identify low performers and take corrective action
  • 📋 Reporting & TrackingMaintain daily Excel tracker/report
  • Submit end-of-day report including:
  • Total forms completed per agent
  • Errors identified by QC
  • Team productivity summary
  • Share reports with management on time


  • ✅ Quality Coordination (QC Handling)Coordinate with QC team for error tracking
  • Ensure agents rectify errors quickly
  • Maintain accuracy levels (minimum 95%)
  • Reduce error percentage over time 
  • ⚡ Operations ControlEnsure smooth workflow between Agents → TL → QC
  • Solve real-time issues on the floor
  • Handle workload distribution efficiently
  • Ensure no delay in process execution
  • 🧠 Training & SupportGuide and train new agents
  • Help team understand process clearly
  • Motivate team for better performance
  • 🧑‍💼 RequirementsExperience in BPO / Data Entry / Non-Voice Process
  • Strong team handling skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel & reporting
  • Ability to manage pressure & deadlines
  • Leadership mindset with problem-solving ability
