- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs and goals. ๐ค
- Product Training: Provide training and support to clients on our products and services to help them maximize their usage. ๐

- Qualifications ๐Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing role, preferably in client success, account management, or customer service. ๐ผ
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsโability to explain complex ideas simply. ๐ฃ๏ธ
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills. ๐ง
