Job Role Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader – Recruitment & Team Development to manage our recruitment team and oversee team growth and performance. • Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment Leadership:Lead and support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.
• Plan and execute sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• 2. Team Development:Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Monitor performance and provide regular feedback and support.
• Create a positive, collaborative, and learning-driven team culture.
