Job Role Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader – Recruitment & Team Development to manage our recruitment team and oversee team growth and performance. - Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment Leadership:Lead and support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.

- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
- Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.

- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback and support.
