 Key Responsibilities • Source, identify, and recruit potential, through job portals, references, and local networks. •Provide ongoing support and guidance to the new recruits to ensure their success and address any concerns • Conduct induction and initial training as per Bajaj Life standards • Maintain accurate records of activities • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines during recruitment and business operations. • Participate in regular review meetings and performance assessments.

 Candidate Profile: • Education: Minimum Graduation appearing or 12th pass preferred. Experience: 0 to 3yrs.

• Skills: o Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. o Proven ability to build a strong professional network. o Basic understanding of insurance products and sales cycle o Experience in candidate screening and interviewing o Self-motivated and target-driven. ○ Ability to build rapport and manage relationships
