Team Manager

Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller Team Leader to manage and guide our telecalling team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring achievement of sales or lead targets, maintaining quality standards, and providing training and motivation to telecallers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management & Supervision

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance through reports and call audits.
• Assign calling lists and track productivity using CRM or call management tools.

2. Sales & Target Achievement

• Ensure the team meets or exceeds lead generation, conversion, or customer retention goals.
• Handle escalated calls and close high-value leads when required.
• Analyze call data and strategize to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.

3. Quality Control & Process Improvement

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure script adherence and communication standards.
• Provide feedback and coaching sessions to improve telecaller performance.
• Optimize calling scripts and customer interaction processes for better efficiency.

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare and share performance reports with management.
• Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support) for smooth lead flow.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads.

5. Training & Development

• Conduct onboarding and periodic training for new telecallers.
• Keep the team updated with product knowledge, promotional offers, and communication guidelines.
