‎• Job Purpose: Team Manager

‎

‎Providing strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services.

‎

‎Assessing client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid financial plan.

‎

‎Guiding clients towards a profitable and secure financial decision.

‎

‎The purpose of this job is to train quality advisors & support them and enable them to procure investment from the market & subsequently service the customers.

‎

‎• Key Responsibilities :

‎

‎1. To train high-quality prospective advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing to achieve the Yearly target set in the Goal Sheet.

‎

‎2. Provide on-the-job training & manage and monitor the performance of advisors so that they can achieve their goals.

‎

‎3. Maintain persistence for the investment procured by a team of Advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.

‎
