Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Handle customer queries and technical issues via voice (inbound/outbound) professionally and efficiently.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, or network connectivity.
- Record customer interactions accurately and follow up for issue resolution.
- Meet defined metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams as required.
- Adhere to process guidelines and company policies.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication skills (English – verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
