Job Description
We are currently looking to hire a Customer Support Executive for our organization, ABM Techno-Matrix Pvt. Ltd., to handle software training and technical support for our customers.
- Industry: IT / Software DevelopmentExperience: Minimum 1 year preferredKey Responsibilities:Provide training and technical support to customers using our software products
- Perform software installations on client systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain communication logs and escalate issues when necessary
- Collaborate with the product and development team to resolve client feedback
- Requirements: Prior experience in a customer support or technical support role with an IT/software company
- Sound knowledge of software installation, remote support tools, and basic troubleshooting
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Strong problem-solving ability and patience while handling clients
