📢 Job Opening: Telecaller – Pharmaceuticals / Healthcare Products
📍 Location: Kolkata
We are hiring an experienced Telecaller with strong knowledge in Pharmaceuticals or Healthcare Products, preferably those looking to shift from night shift to a day shift role.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers, distributors, and clients.
- Explain and promote pharmaceutical/healthcare products effectively.
- Maintain follow-ups and build strong customer relationships.
- Record and update daily call reports.
- 🔹 Requirements:Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years in Telecalling (Pharma/Healthcare preferred).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals/healthcare products.
- Candidates currently working night shifts and looking to shift to day shift are preferred.
- Ability to convince and handle customer queries.
