Job Description
- Make outbound calls to leads, consultants, and companies to introduce our services and its benefits
- Explain membership plans, onboarding process, events, certification, and support services
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel
- Handle inbound queries related to membership, documentation, and business support
- Schedule meetings, consultations, or demonstrations with interested prospects
- Follow communication scripts and maintain a polite, professional, and confident tone
- Coordinate with the core management team and Team Leaders for lead updates and conversions
- Share WhatsApp messages, emails, and follow-up communications to warm leads
- Achieve monthly call targets and membership conversion goals
- Provide timely feedback on lead quality, challenges, and client responses
