Job Title: Telecaller

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Description: Mavdrones is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to potential customers, following up on inquiries, and promoting our cutting-edge drone services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote Mavdrones' services
• Handle incoming customer calls and resolve queries professionally
• Follow up on previous leads and ensure consistent communication
• Maintain call logs and records using CRM tools
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
• Schedule meetings for the sales team with interested prospects
• Maintain a positive attitude and ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support (freshers with good communication skills may apply)
• Good command over English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Fixed monthly salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (₹1.2L – ₹1.8L per annum)
