- Job Overview: Telecaller (Customer Management & Lead Conversion)

- Role: Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive
- Objective: To manage the provided database, identify potential insurance grievances, and convert those leads into active service consultations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Call prospective clients from the database to explain how Bimacure can help recover rejected insurance claims or settle disputes.
Customer Management: Maintain professional relationships with existing leads and follow up on pending case assessments.
Data Accuracy: Log all call details, customer concerns, and lead statuses into the CRM/database accurately.
Educational Support: Briefly explain the Bimacure process (Consultation $\rightarrow$ Investigation $\rightarrow$ Legal Support) to build trust.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Fluency in regional languages (like Bengali/Hindi) and basic English.
Persuasion: Ability to empathize with customers facing financial loss while professionally pitching Bimacure's solutions.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM tools for record-keeping.
- Industry Knowledge: (Bonus) Previous experience in insurance, banking, or debt recovery.
