Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Explain products/services and answer customer queries
• Generate leads and maintain follow-up records
• Maintain customer database and update call details
• Handle customer objections professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge
