Contact customers via phone, or in-person to collect outstanding payments.

Monitor accounts to identify overdue invoices and take appropriate action.

Negotiate repayment plans and ensure payment commitments are met.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all collection activities.

Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Service, Legal) to resolve disputes.

Follow up on broken payment promises and escalate accounts when necessary.

Recommend accounts for legal action or write-off, if uncollectible.

Achieve collection targets set by the organization.

Generate reports on collection activities and account status.
