Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products, services, and offers clearly.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Follow up on pending inquiries and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes.
• Handle customer questions and resolve basic concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales and service team for closures and support.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Update CRM or Excel sheets with call status and remarks.

Required Skills

• Good command of English, Hindi, and/or regional language.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, email).
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
