Inside Sales Executive (US Process - Fixed High Incentives)​

​About the Role:​Join Zenith as an Inside Sales Executive focusing on the US market. You will be responsible for outbound calling to CPA (Accounting) firms across the USA. Your goal is to hold professional conversations, explain our service value, and convert leads into sales.

​Note: Shortlisted candidates will be sent a 10-minute online communication assessment via email to test conversational and English skills.

• ​Salary & Compensation:​Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
• ​Incentives: ₹5,000 FIXED incentive for every successful sale.
• ​Total Earning: There is no cap on incentives; the more you sell, the more you earn.
• ​Candidate Profile:​Experience: 6 months+ experience in International Customer Service or Sales is preferred.
• ​Communication: Must be able to hold fluent, professional conversations in English.
• ​Background: We welcome candidates from a Customer Service background who want to move into Sales.
• ​Location: Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of Behala Chowrasta.
• ​Key Responsibilities:​Cold calling US-based CPA firms to introduce Zenith’s services.
• ​Handling objections professionally and building rapport with clients.
• ​Closing sales and meeting monthly targets.
• ​Managing follow-up emails and basic CRM updates.
• ​Work Details:​Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office.
• ​Shift: Rotational (Must be comfortable with night shifts for the US market).
