Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller with excellent communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  Make outbound calls to customers to promote products or services.

  Clearly explain offerings, benefits, and features to potential clients in English, Bengali, and Hindi.

  Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

  Maintain follow-up with interested prospects and update the database.

  Generate leads and convert them into appointments or sales (as per targets).

  Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and interactions.

  Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries or objections.

  Work closely with the sales or support team to ensure smooth communication.

Requirements:

  Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.

  Fluent communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi (mandatory).

  Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales (preferred).

  Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.

  Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM updates.

  Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

Preferred:

  Experience in sectors like education, finance, insurance, real estate, or BPO.

  Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
