Job Description
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments through inbound and outbound calls
Educate customers about due amounts, payment timelines, penalties, and settlement options
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-ups
Coordinate with the field collection team for visit scheduling and payment recovery
Ensure timely collections while strictly adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines
Handle customer objections professionally and work toward payment resolution
Use dialer systems and CRM tools effectively for tracking and reporting collection activities
Maintain professional conduct and follow ethical collection practices at all times
