Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Reaching out to potential customers to sell products or services, and following up on leads.
• Inbound Calls: Addressing inquiries, complaints, and providing solutions to existing customers.
• Data Management: Accurately updating and maintaining client information in the database.
• Product Knowledge: Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.

Key Requirements and Skills

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Persuasion: Ability to handle objections and persuade customers.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in computer systems and CRM software.
• Attitude: Patience, resilience, and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is often preferred.
