Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team. Your role will involve calling potential customers, explaining services, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients

Explain products/services clearly and professionally

Maintain call records and follow up regularly

Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

Provide excellent customer support

Requirements

Minimum education: 12th pass

Good communication skills (Hindi/Bengali preferred)

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Fresher or experienced both can apply
