Job Description:We are looking for a female Telecaller who will be responsible for calling candidates and hiring delivery boys for our clients. The role involves explaining job details, screening candidates, and coordinating the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with candidates interested in delivery boy jobs
• Explain job roles, salary structure, shifts, and requirements clearly
• Screen candidates based on basic eligibility (age, DL, bike, documents)
• Maintain daily call records and candidate details
• Coordinate with operations team for joining and deployment
• Ensure timely closure of hiring targets
• Requirements:Female candidate preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
• Prior experience in telecalling, recruitment, or HR preferred
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
