1. Position: Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive

Job Description (JD):

The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to generate new business leads, follow up with clients, and support the sales and operations teams. This role is crucial for connecting with builders, EPC companies, and contractors to promote crane rental services and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

1. Lead Generation & Client Outreach

• Call potential and existing customers to explain company services.
• Identify opportunities for crane rentals, resale, or related services.
• Maintain daily call logs and update the CRM/Excel tracker.

1. Coordination with Sales Team

• Support in preparing quotations, following up on proposals, and coordinating client visits.
• Track pending orders, lost opportunities, and conversion ratios.

1. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
• Provide after-service support, coordinate feedback and issue resolution.

1. Reporting & Documentation

• Submit daily/weekly performance and inquiry reports.
• Keep client database updated and accurate.

KPIs:

• Minimum 60–80 effective calls per day.
• Number of qualified leads generated per week.
• Lead-to-order conversion ratio.
• Reporting accuracy and consistency.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in any stream.
• Minimum 6 months of B2B calling experience (construction/equipment background preferred).
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
