Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller (Female)
Location: Camac Street, Kolkata
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads
- Explain company services clearly and confidently
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain call records and follow up with interested candidates
- Coordinate with the internal team for lead updates
Requirements:
- Only female candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Bengali preferred)
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
