We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Verification Process Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying the authenticity and accuracy of business information through various channels. Basic English and computer skills are mandatory, and a graduation degree is preferred.The candidate must be able to communicate fluently in Hindi language.

Responsibilities:

1. Verify business information through online research and database checks.
2. Conduct phone calls and email correspondence to confirm business details.
3. Maintain accurate records of verified information in our database.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of verification tasks.
5. Assist in resolving discrepancies and inconsistencies in business data.
6. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data confidentiality and security.
7. Fluency in Hindi is a must

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Hindi language, fluency communicating in Hindi
2. Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and internet research.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification tasks.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Preferably a graduate with a degree in any field.
