Job Description
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to service providers (maids, cooks, electricians, etc.) for onboarding.
- Explain Company purpose, benefits, and free registration process in a simple, friendly tone.
- Collect required details (name, area, service type, availability, etc.) via phone or WhatsApp form.
- Verify contact details and forward verified data to the field onboarding team.
- Maintain call logs and update the Google Sheet / CRM daily.
- Follow up with existing providers for KYC completion or updates.
- Support field teams with leads and appointment confirmations.
- Handle inbound queries from workers and users courteously.
