🌟 Job Summary :

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Callers to explain the features and benefits of Family Doctor.

. The role involves calling prospects & existing clients, educating them about how they can receive treatment at home through our expert team of doctors & health consultants, and assisting them with app usage and registration.

  • 🛠️ Key Responsibilities📞 1. Outbound and Inbound Calling & Client Engagement Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and explain the App
  • Connect with existing clients to ensure they understand app services & features
  • Follow calling scripts and maintain professional communication
  • 💬 2. Explaining App Features & Health Services Educate customers on how they can receive home-based virtual treatment
  • Explain features:

  • 👨‍⚕️ Online doctor consultations
  • 🏥 Virtual home treatment from expert healthcare teams
  • 💊 Prescription guidance & follow-up
  • 🕒 24/7 health assistance
  • Guide customers on downloading, registering, and navigating the app
  • 🤝 3. Lead Generation & Conversion Support Identify potential customers during calls
  • Transfer warm leads to the sales/medical consulting team
  • Encourage app sign-ups and increase user activation
  • 📝 4. Customer Support & Query Handling
  • Answer questions related to treatment options & app usage
  • Provide correct information regarding consultation packages, pricing & availability
  • Resolve customer concerns or escalate complex issues
  • 📊 5. Data Maintenance & Reporting Maintain daily call logs, lead sheets, and customer records
  • Update CRM with call outcomes & follow-up reminders
  • Share daily/weekly performance reports with the team
  • 🎯 Additional Responsibilities🔍 Conduct follow-up calls for incomplete registrations
  • 📢 Participate in promotional campaigns & health awareness calls
  • 🎧 Support inbound calls when required
  • 📚 Stay updated with new app features, doctor additions & health programs
  • 💡 Provide customer feedback to improve app experience
  • 🧩 Skills & Competencies
  • 🗣️ Excellent communication skills in Hindi/English (regional language is a plus)
  • 😊 Customer-friendly, patient & empathetic tone
  • 📱 Ability to learn and explain app features clearly
  • 💻 Basic computer & smartphone proficiency
  • 🤝 Strong persuasion & convincing skills
  • ⏱️ Ability to handle high call volumes
  • 🎓 Qualifications
  • Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
  • Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
  • Tele-calling / BPO / healthcare calling experience is an advantage
