About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our growing sales team. As a Tele sales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales. Your goal will be to build strong customer relationships and contribute to the company’s growth by achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
• Explain and promote products/services to potential clients
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections and queries professionally
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details
• Follow up with potential leads and ensure a high conversion rate
• Collaborate with team members and report on performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented
• Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient
• Basic computer literacy (CRM systems experience is a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales or Marketing is a plus
