Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback collection, appointment confirmations, or information updates
• Provide accurate information about services, processes, or policies
• Maintain and update customer records in the system
• Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through polite and helpful communication
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requests efficiently
• Follow company guidelines and communication scripts where applicable
