Telecaller Cum Recruiter

The Telecaller Cum Recruiter is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and basic knowledge of recruitment activities.

• Explain job roles, company details, and benefits clearly to the candidates.
• Handle inbound queries regarding job openings or company information.
• Maintain call logs, follow-up records, and update daily reports.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with candidates and clients.
• Recruitment ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for multiple job positions.
• Support onboarding and documentation process if required.
• Skills & RequirementsGood communication skills (Hindi/Bengali/English preferred as per requirement).
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
