💰 Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹14,000/month

Handle inbound customer calls, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls professionally

• Answer queries related to products, orders & services

• Resolve complaints and provide solutions

• Maintain call records and details

• Escalate issues when required

• Ensure high customer satisfaction

🎓 Eligibility:

• Higher Secondary / Graduate

• Freshers & experienced both can apply

• Languages: Bengali, Hindi & basic English

• Basic computer knowledge
