Telecaller / Lead Qualification Executive

Job Summary

The Tele-caller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest in travel packages. The role involves collecting travel requirements, qualifying leads, and forwarding high-potential leads to the travel consultants or sales team for conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by company.
• Contact potential clients and introduce the travel services and packages offered by the company.

2. Requirement Collection

Understand the customer's travel needs such as:

• Destination
• Travel dates
• Number of travelers
• Budget range
• Type of travel (honeymoon, family, group, corporate, etc.)

3. Lead Qualification & Filtering

• Identify serious and high-intent travelers.
• Filter out non-serious or irrelevant enquiries.
• Categorize leads based on budget, travel timeline, and seriousness.

4. Lead Handover

• Pass qualified leads to the Sales/Travel Consultant team for package quotation and closure.
• Ensure proper notes and details are updated in CRM or lead management system.

5. Follow-ups

• Conduct follow-up calls with interested customers who require more time to decide.
• Maintain a positive relationship with potential customers.

6. Data Management

• Maintain accurate call records and customer details.
• Update lead status in CRM, Google Sheets, or internal systems.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills
• Polite and convincing telephone etiquette
• Basic knowledge of travel destinations and holiday packages
• Ability to identify genuine travel leads
• Good listening and questioning skills
