Telecaller – Job Responsibilities (Indian Consultants Chamber of Commerce)
- Make outbound calls to businesses, consultants and professionals
- Explain ICCC membership, services and upcoming events clearly
- Fix appointments for the sales / membership team
- Follow up with interested members and prospects
- Maintain and update call records and CRM data
- Handle basic enquiries about registration, fees and benefits
- Support event promotions and membership drives
- Achieve daily calling and lead targets
- Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
