Telecaller Outbound

Job Responsibilities

Ø Reach out to existing and prospective clients to provide information about the product and service offerings.

Ø Address inquiries and concerns related to the company and its products in a prompt and thorough manner.

Ø Gain a deep understanding of customers' needs by engaging in meaningful conversations and finalizing sales transactions.

Ø Ensure the accuracy and upkeep of the customer database.

Ø Process orders with precision and attention to detail.

Ø Safeguard the company's reputation by effectively handling and resolving customer grievances.

Ø Boost company sales by surpassing sales targets through dedicated efforts and exceeding customer expectations.

Ø Maintain comprehensive records of sales calls and valuable insights gathered.

Job Requirements

Ø Possess at least 6 months of experience in a telecalling or similar role.

Ø Demonstrate a proven track record of consistently achieving sales quotas.

Ø Proficiency in using computer applications such as CRM systems and telephone platforms.

Ø Strong command of the English language.

Ø Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Ø Proficient negotiation skills and adeptness in conflict resolution.

Ø A background in B.Sc/BA studies is advantageous.
