Job Responsibilities of a Telecaller:

Making Calls: Dialing a high volume of calls daily to reach out to potential or existing customers.

Product Information: Explaining the products or services of the company in detail and answering any questions the customer may have.

Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and generating leads for the sales team.

Sales and Targets: Convincing customers to buy a product or service to meet daily or monthly sales targets.

Data Management: Updating and maintaining a database of customer information, call logs, and feedback.

Follow-up: Regularly following up with interested customers to close a deal or provide further information.

Customer Relationship: Building a good relationship with customers through professional and polite communication.

Handling Objections: Managing customer complaints or objections calmly and providing appropriate solutions.

Reporting: Preparing and submitting daily reports regarding successful calls and appointments.
