Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Tele caller / Tele-Sales Executive for a work-from-home or Onsite (hybrid), commission-based role.
a) Fixed Salary ₹10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) per month.
b) Performance-Based Commission
- Revenue below ₹60,000: No commission.
- Revenue between ₹60,000 – ₹99,999: 7% commission on the amount above ₹60,000.
- Revenue between ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,49,999: 13% commission on total revenue.
- Revenue ₹1,50,000 and above: 15% commission on total revenue.
- Commission paid only on confirmed & paid bookings
- No commission on cancellations or refunds
- Company-provided leads (no cold data)
Responsibilities
- Outbound calling to potential clients
- Explain company services clearly
- Close deals and coordinate with founder
- Maintain basic call/lead updates
