Telecalling Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our team in the Finance and Education domain. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with prospective students/clients, explaining financial and educational products, and generating leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and attend inbound calls to prospective students/clients
• Explain financial courses, trading programs, investment-related offerings, or educational services
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs
• Generate and follow up on leads to drive enrollments/sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth on-boarding of clients/students

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate (any discipline)
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic understanding or interest in finance, stock markets, or education industry
• Ability to convince and build rapport with customers
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, calling tools)
• Preferred SkillsPrior experience in telecalling, sales, finance, or education sector
• Knowledge of trading, investments, or financial markets is an advantage
