Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided data/leads
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads
• Understand customer travel requirements and capture complete details
• Share accurate information about packages, services, and offers
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM/system
• Coordinate with Travel Sales Experts / Sales Team for further conversion
• Follow up with prospects to ensure maximum lead conversion
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets
• Maintain professional and positive communication with clients
• Key Skills RequiredExcellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English required)
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
• Ability to handle customer objections confidently
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication can apply)
• Prior experience in telecalling / sales / travel industry is an added advantage
