Job Description

A Real Estate Telecaller initiates outbound calls to potential clients, promoting property listings and scheduling site visits for sales teams to drive revenue. They update CRM systems, answer inquiries, and follow up on leads to meet monthly sales targets. Key skills include excellent communication, persuasion, and customer relationship management. Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential buyers to introduce real estate projects and investment opportunities.
  • Site Visit Scheduling: Persuade interested prospects to schedule site visits and meetings with sales managers.
  • Customer Inquiry Management: Respond to inbound inquiries regarding property features, pricing, and availability.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update accurate client records, conversations, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with existing leads to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of current property listings, location advantages, and market trends. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage, persuade, and handle objections politely.
  • Experience: Prior experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is often preferred.
  • Tech Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software.
