Telecalling Executive

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility will be to communicate with potential and existing clients over the phone to promote products/services, and set appointments. The ideal candidate must possess excellent fluency in English & Hindi and a professional phone demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiate and receive calls professionally to prospective or existing customers.

Product/Service Promotion: Clearly and persuasively explain company products and services to potential customers.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team as required.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales efforts in the CRM system.

Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback and address inquiries or issues effectively, escalating complex matters when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Language Fluency (Mandatory): Must be fluent in spoken and written English & Hindi. Clear articulation and excellent pronunciation are essential.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers quickly and professionally.

Persistence & Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during calls.

Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using a computer, internet, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Prior experience with CRM software is a plus.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Compensation & Work Details

Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance).

Work Schedule: 10AM to 7PM or 11 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday

Location: Fartabad, Opposite Pepsi Factory, Garia, Kolkata
