Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with potential clients.
• Explain digital marketing services such as:
• Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Google Ads / PPC Advertising
• Website Design & Development
• Content Marketing
• Branding and Online Promotion
• Understand client requirements and business goals.
• Convert leads into paid clients.
• Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel.
• Share service details, pricing, and packages with clients.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team after client onboarding.
• Maintain daily call reports and sales reports.

Required Skills

• Good Hindi and English communication skills (regional language is a plus).
• Ability to convince and negotiate with clients.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle client objections.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Female candidate preferred.
• Graduation in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
• Experience in telecalling, sales, or the digital marketing industry.
• Knowledge of lead generation and client conversion techniques.
