Telecaller cum Sales Support Executive (Solar)

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated Telecaller & Sales Support Executive to generate leads, engage with potential customers, and support our sales team in delivering solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
• Follow up on leads from campaigns, referrals, and inquiries.
• Provide product information, handle queries, and address customer concerns.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team for meetings/site visits.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Update and maintain CRM records.
• Support sales targets and help with events, exhibitions, and promotions.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of sales or telecalling experience (required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build customer rapport.
• Goal-driven with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Experience in solar/renewables is a plus.
• Minimum education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
