Telecalling Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Female Sales Tele-caller who excels in communication and has a passion for sales. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali, capable of handling customers effectively, and driven to increase revenue. She will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Pitch products/services clearly and confidently to generate sales.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous conversations to ensure conversions.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve scripts and sales strategy.
• Build positive relationships to encourage repeat sales and referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Strong customer-handling and objection-handling abilities.
• Prior experience in tele-calling or sales in real estate is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
